<p>PURPOSE:To punch the copying paper at the left end without changing its direction by arranging a stopper mechanism temporarily stopping the copying paper for positioning at the front of a punching device, and arranging a punching mechanism punching the copying paper at the left end on the paper discharge section side of a copying machine. CONSTITUTION:In a punching device Y removably fitted to the paper discharge section Z of a copying machine X, the paper is fed to the second roller pair 19, 20 from a paper feed passage 3, and it is positioned at the bend 26 of a stopper 25. One 19 of the second roller pair is continuously rotated, the other 20 is floated by an elastic plate 22, and the paper is held in the pressed state by the stopper section 25. The solenoid mechanism of a punching mechanism 9 is operated, a cutting edge 10 is lowered, and it is returned and lifted by an elastic member 13 immediately after the punching on the paper. The solenoid mechanism 29 of a stopper mechanism 24 is momentarily operated, and the stopper section 25 is momentarily lowered. The paper is delivered by the continuously rotated second roller 19 at this instance.</p> |
