PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive invoice which can be printed at a high speed by a nonimpact printer such as a laser printer and which is excellent in handling properties and operability. CONSTITUTION:An invoice having a construction wherein a slip paper piece 11 having a label piece 2, a receipt piece 3 and an affix margin piece 4 joined in continuation with cutoff lines provided between them, an adhesive layer 12 and release paper 15 are laminated and wherein a releasing layer 14 is not provided in the part of the release paper 15 being opposite to the receipt piece 3, while cuts are provided in the release paper 15 along the boundaries between the parts wherein the releasing layer 14 is provided and the part wherein it is not provided.
