PURPOSE:To exhibit a good washing effect and to make it possible to carry out rapid drying by forming the above washing liquid compsn. so as to contain N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, water and acetic ester compd., such as 3- methoxy-3-methyl butanol. CONSTITUTION:This compsn. contains (A) the N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, (B) the water and (C) at least one kind of the compds. selected from the acetic ester of 3-methoxy-3-methyl butanol, 2-ethoxyethanol and 2-methoxy ethanol and the acetic ester of 1-methoxy-2-propanol. This compsn. has excellent detergency and drying power and does not substantially exhibit inflammability even if its flash point is measured in compliance with the requirements specified in JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) by using a creep land release type flash point measuring instrument if the compounding ratios of (A), (B), (C) are within an adequate range. |
