The arrangement in a timber machine or similar vehicle with a movable bogie is for moving the bogie. It comprises a longitudinal beam (18) in the vehicle under frame and on the beam is a slidable yoke (20), via which the bogie is coupled to the beam. The arrangement includes a longitudinal screw (22), a bogie pulling member (24, 44, 46), line wheels (28, 30) and pulling wire (32) arranged in the beam. The screw ends are rotatably fixed to the beam ends (34, 36). The screw one end is coupled to a driving system, eg. a hydraulic motor. The pulling member comprises a nut (26) arranged on the screw and components preventing the nut from turning. A line wheel is arranged at each end of the beam and the pulling wire runs between the line wheels. The bogie pulling members and the yoke are fixed to the pulling wire opposing running parts (52, 54). |
