PURPOSE:To obtain a health food rich in nutrients, mainly composed of fruit essence of Panax shinseng. CONSTITUTION:This health food is a glycoside of fruit essence of Panax shinseng in the form of plycoside of fruit essence of Panax shinseng in the form of a dried powder prepared by extracting Panax shinseng and purifying the extract. A production process for the health food where a mold is pressed on the surface of the starch charged in a vessel to form a depression, while, separately, a mixture of sucrose aqueous solution and the glycoside powder is introduced into the depression and they are cooled down as they are to form a crystalline layer of sucrose on the inner wall of the depression and the surface, then the molded product is demoleded, coated with chocolate all over the outer surfaces and dusted with cocoa powder thereon to give the object health food. A health food where a mixture of the fruit essence of Panax shinseng with a sucrose aqueous solution is enclosed in the double layers of a chocolate layer and the sucrose one. |
