The invention relates to a machine for forming and gluing cartons starting with a pre-cut-out piece of cardboard. The machine comprises a frame (70) and a vertically movable piston (86) defining the inner size of the carton. Four folding and holding elements (78 to 84) are mounted in pairs on the bars (72, 74) which can be moved in the direction xx'. Each element comprises two mechanically linked folding plates which move in step with each other when the assemblies come up against the piston (86). The movement of the plates ensures the folding of the sides and of the flaps of the carton to be produced. <IMAGE> |
