发明名称 OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an interchangeable optical recording medium capable of recording and reproduction with red laser light of 680nm wavelength and capable of reproduction even with near IR laser light of 780nm wavelength by using a trimethinecyanine dye in a recording layer. CONSTITUTION:A dye soln. is prepd. by dissolving 0.2g trimethinecyanine dye NK3239 in 10ml 2,2,3,3-tetrafluofo-1-propanol. A discoid polycarbonate resin substrate having a continuous groove is used for a substrate. The surface of the substrate is spin-coated with the dye soln. at, 1,500r.p.m. rotational frequency and a recording layer is formed by drying at 70 deg.C for 2hr. A reflecting layer of 100mum thickness is formed on the recording layer by sputtering Au with a sputtering device and a protective layer is formed on the reflecting layer by spin coating with a UV-curing resin and irradiation with UV.
