PURPOSE:To realize the power supply control circuit for a portable telephone set in which power-off processing is ensured without malfunction while minimizing the power consumption. CONSTITUTION:The control circuit is provided with a power supply switch detection circuit 4 receiving always a power supply of a battery 1 and detecting the operation of a power switch. A system power supply switch circuit 9 supplies power of the battery to a base band circuit 14 and a radio circuit 12 depending on the result of detection of the power supply switch detection circuit to set the power-on state depending on the detection result of the power supply switch detection circuit. Furthermore, when the equipment is in the power-on state and the power switch detection circuit detects the operation of the power supply switch, a microcomputer 15 applies a prescribed processing to interrupt the power supply from the battery base band circuit and the radio circuit. |
