PURPOSE:To provide a method for preparing and outputting a table, which easily finds out desired data from data displayed in a table so as to display- output it. CONSTITUTION:The method finds out at least one among data whose maximum value is 4 and minimum value is 5 or data corresponding to a prescribed value from among input data fetched by input processing, assigns each data to the table of a mode decided in advance and makes a character expressing above retrieved data or the background of a frame in which the character is shown different from the display of the other data. Consequently, as the character and the background of the frame in which the character is shown are different from the other, desired data can easily be found out. |
