PURPOSE:To set and manage procedure for a set of electronics documents in the same classification node directory comprehensively and to automatically execute the procedure comprehensively. CONSTITUTION:This document processor is equipped with a means 111 which sets a procedure file 124 which describes a series of procedure applied to a document set in a specific classification node with specific classification node information, a means 112 which registers a set procedure file 124 on the specific classification node, a means 113 which sets a processing start factor to start the execution of a registered procedure file 124 with the specific classification node information, means 114, 115 which monitor a set processing start factor and a means 116 which executes by obtaining the procedure file 124 from the specific classification node information when the processing start factor corresponds to the set processing start factor. |
