PURPOSE:To enable discriminating kinds of solution with high sensitivity and realizing simplification of structure and long-life. CONSTITUTION:To a sensor base 13 constituted by attaching conductors 22 on the surface of piezoelectric elements 21, a plurality of sensor cells provided with penetration holes 24 are placed so that liquid can be reserved in the penetration holes 24. On the base 13, a plurality of openings 23 exposing the piezoelectric elements are formed in the positions corresponding to the penetration holes of each sensor cell 14 and on both sides of each sensor cell, a plurality of pairs of a transmission electrode 15 and a reception electrode 16 are directly fixed to the piezoelectric elements. To each of the transmission electrode, high frequency generators 17 are individually connected and to each of the reception electrode, propagation characteristics indicators 18 are individually connected so that the constitution enables outputting high frequencies at different excitation frequency with each high frequency generator. |
