PURPOSE:To perform gang control by checking the state of relative equipments, perform gang control by checking a control time zone, or perform gang control a certain time later when the state of a facility equipment changes. CONSTITUTION:This system is equipped with a kind decision means 1 which decides the kind of a monitored equipment which has changed in state, a state change decision means 2 which decides how the state of the monitored equipment changes, a relative equipment monitoring decision means 3 which decides whether or not other equipments related to the monitored equipment having changed in state needs to be monitored, and a control means 4 which performs ON/OFF control or set value variation control over at least one controlled equipment by monitoring the monitored equipment and at least another relative equipment. Further, the system is equipped with a control time zone decision means 5 which decides whether or not it is in a time zone wherein the object equipment to be controlled may be controlled, a delay decision means 7 which decides whether or not control over the equipment is delayed by a certain time on the basis of the state change of the monitored equipment, and a delay means 7. |
