<p>PURPOSE:To make the exact automatic music selection operation with a magnetic recording and reproducing device by adding a signal for intermusic detection in order to make the exact automatic music selection operation. CONSTITUTION:The control signal for automatic music selection is recorded in an intermusic non-recording part. This control signal is detected at the time of the music selection operation. The control signal is audible at the time of reproducing when the control signal is ordinarily recorded at this time and, therefore, the control signal is recorded by deviating the angle of a sound recording/reproducing head 2 by about 45 deg. from the ordinary reproducing state. As a result, the control signal attains the level at which the signal is hardly audible by the loss of the angle deviation of the sound recording/reproducing head 2 at the time of ordinary reproducing. The control signal is detected and intermusic or program searching is executed at the time of the automatic music selection operation by setting the angle of the sound recording/ reproducing head 2 at about 45 deg. which is the same as the angle at the time of recording the control signal. At this time, ordinary music signals are hardly reproduced by the angle deviation loss of the sound recording/reproducing head 2 and only the control signal is eventually reproduced.</p> |
