PURPOSE:To provide a heat sink having high cooling efficiency and excellent reliability in relation to a heat sink to be applied to a device made to generate an air stream for cooling in the inside. CONSTITUTION:This heat sink is so made to be composed of a base part 6, a cover part 6 and a blast means 10 while an air inlet 12 to be provided on a cover part 8 and an air outlet 14 to be provided on a base part 6 are made to point to an upstream side and a downstream side of an air flow respectively. |
