<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a large current and high frequency by alternately combining a partial turn and a fold, making each partial turn of flexible metallic sheet having larger width to thickness ratio than specific value, repeatedly folding the partial turn one another in the helical form. CONSTITUTION: A blank 42 is formed by a group of partial circles (partial turns) 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, and 54 connected alongside of the fold 64, 66, 68, 70, and 72, and the partial circle 44 and 54 have each lead 60 and 62. The blank 42 is made by cutting an electrical conductive metal sheet. The width-to- thickness ratio in the diameter direction of the partial circle is far larger than 10. The blank is folded on its folding line, and the helical coil is formed by repeating the partial circle one another. As a result, large current and high frequency can be obtained with the use of size-limited helical inductive coil.</p> |
