<p>PURPOSE:To provide a dimming lighting system where the indicated value on an operating apparatus and the brightness as visual perception can be made to correspond to each other without sense of incongruity. CONSTITUTION:In an operating apparatus 1, a manipulated variable and the indicated value are set in proportional relation. In a function operating circuit 2, the relation between the brightness as the visual perception in the increasing direction and decreasing direction of optical output and the optical output as the physical quantity is defined as a function. The indicated value of the operating apparatus 1 is inputted into the function operating circuit 2, and the value of optical output is outputted from there. A dimming signal generating circuit 3 produces a dimming signal, based on the output value of the function operating circuit 2, and controls the optical output of an emitter 5 through a dimmer 4.</p> |
