PURPOSE:To set the same personal information to facilitate the use, to access a computer system from different machines, and to provide plural servers to reduce the load on a CPU and extend the memory space and the disk capacity by dividing the computer system to clients, servers, and a name server and performing the unitary management of personal information in the name server and transferring personal information from the name server for unitary management to any client to set it in the client. CONSTITUTION:A name server 3 which performs unitary management of personal information, a server 3 which presents the service based on information taken out from the name server 3, and a client 1 which has a user interface part 11 to the user and sets the operation environment in accordance with personal information transferred from the name server 3 through the server 2 are provided. |
