<p>PURPOSE: To obtain more exact synchronism by providing a 1st selecting means which outputs an equalizing and vertical synchronizing signal and a 2nd selecting means which outputs a composite synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION: An even- or odd-field horizontal synchronizing signal S12 which is selected with a select signal S16 and outputted from a 2nd multiplexer 120 is inputted to one input terminal IN1 of a 3rd multiplexer 50. To the other input terminal IN2 of the 3rd multiplexer 50, the equalizing and vertical synchronizing signal S11 outputted from a 1st multiplexer 40 is supplied and to a select terminal SEL, a 7.5 H/9 H window signal S8 outputted from a window signal generation part 30 is supplied. Then the 3rd multiplexer 50 outputs the equalizing and vertical synchronizing signal S11 while the select signal S8 is in a low state and then outputs a horizontal synchronizing signal S12 when the select signal S8 enters a high state. Consequently, the composite synchronizing signal S15 is generated eventually.</p> |
