PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device surely providing a clear image, prevended from an adverse effect on an optical system by dew condensation simple in constitution, and efficient in dew condensation prevention even when used in an environment having severe differences in temperature and humidity. CONSTITUTION:Ventilation path opening and closing means 18 and 31 shielding a ventilation path by turning off the main switch of an image forming device when at least the temperature out of the temperature and the humidity is equal to or below a specified value and opening the ventilation path by turning on a heating element 10 and turning on the main switch are provided at the ventilation path on the inside of the device; and the means shield the ventilation path by turning off the main switch of the image forming device when the temperature is equal to or below the specified value and turn on the heating element 10 and a fan. |
