PURPOSE: To increase solubility of a tetrazolium salt indicator so as to improve performance of a control reagent by mixing a quaternary salt polymer represented by a specific formula or its copolymer and aqueous solution of an analysis object. CONSTITUTION: A control reagent prescribed compound, which contains no blood serum, for measurement of a previously selected analysis object contains a polymer of a quaternary di-/tri- alkyl ammonium salt represented by the formula (in the formula, R represents a normal/branched chain alkyl group containing 1-4 carbon atoms, (n) represents an integer of at least 9,θrepresents a pair anion) or its copolymer and the predetermined quantity of an analysis object aqueous solution. A buffer, a coloring agent, and a preservative may be contained. After an analysis object such as glucose, BUN, sodium, protein, uric acid is added, a basic prescribed compound consisting of a cationic quaternary ammonium polymer and water is used as a base for preparing a diagnostic test system aqueous control. A large number of aqueous controls contain a polymer such as a polyvinylalcohol polymer and a polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer in its prescribed compound. |
