<p>PURPOSE:To select a menu after the contents of a processing are recognized at the time of selecting an item by displaying a selection item in a sentence. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a control part 2 for controlling the display and selection of the menu, a display means 21 for displaying the menu stored in a storage part 3 at a display part 1 and a selection means 22 for selecting the item from the menu displayed at the display part 1, etc. Then, the display means 21 displays a master menu and sub menus at the display part 1 and the menus are displayed by using a natural language. For instance, the selection item which is 'input', is displayed in a conventional case, however, in this case, a Japanese sentence such as 'date and time data are to be inputted' is displayed. Further, the selection means 22 selects one of the items from the menu displayed by the display means 21 and the selection is performed by inputting a number from a keyboard 4 for instance.</p> |
