发明名称 LAMINATED PARTS AND THEIR CENTER FREQUENCY ADJUSTMENT METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize laminated parts and center frequency adjustment which improve the productivity by providing dummy parts on both faces of a resonance part and adjusting the number of laminated ceramic sheets in these dummy parts. CONSTITUTION:A dummy part 7 constituted by laminating plural ceramic sheets is provided on an earth part 4. A resonance part 8 is provided on the dummy part 7 and is formed by screen print of a pair of specularly symmetrical resonance electrodes 10 on a ceramic sheet 9. A dummy part 11 is so provided that the resonance part 8 is interposed between dummy parts 11 and 7, and the dummy part 11 is constituted by laminating plural ceramic sheets. The thickness of dummy parts 7 and 11 is adjusted to adjust the center frequency of the resonance part 8. That is, since the number of laminated ceramic sheets is adjusted at the time of constituting the dummy parts 7 and 11 to change the noise coefficient Q value, the center frequency of the resonance part 8 is changed. The productivity is improved if ceramic sheets are standardized.</p>
