PURPOSE:To dissolve the dispersion of peak detection by a sliding amount and to prevent synchronization from being erroneously grasped by noise by adjusting the sliding amount of final correlation peak position detection by a correlation integrator whose correlation value is maximum. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a phase control part 7 for controlling the phase of the clock of a spreading code, a spreading code generator 9 for generating the spreading code by control from the phase control part 7, a delay circuit 3 for delaying spread spectrum data with a fixed interval to the sliding amount, the plural correlation integrators 4a to 4c for performing correlation integration to the plural pieces of delayed data outputted from the delay circuit 3 with the fixed interval and the spreading code from the spreading code generator 9 and a comparator 5 for comparing the correlation values. Then, at the time of delaying the phase of the clock of the spreading code in the phase control part 9, an initial correlation beam position is detected from the maximum correlation value from the plural correlation integrators 4a to 4c by the comparator 5 and the sliding amount of the final correlation peak position detection is adjusted by the correlation integrator whose correlation value becomes maximum. |
