PURPOSE:To provide a vibration controller which allows a self-induced vibration in a mechanical series resonance frequency fs, and can effectively reduce the occurrence and fluctuation of a null voltage. CONSTITUTION:A vibration controller is provided with a vibrator 4 with virtually a pair of piezoelectric elements 2 and 3, a drive device 6 with a signal output terminal 9 for outputting the drive signal of the vibrator 4 and a compensation signal output terminal 13 for outputting the compensation signal of the damping capacity of the vibrator 4, two feedback amplifiers 10L and 10R, connects the input terminals 11L and 11R for signal of the feedback amplifiers 10L and 10R to a signal output terminal 9, and at the same time connects the input terminal 12L for feedback of one feedback amplifier 10L to one electrode of one piezoelectric element 2 and the input terminal 12R for feedback of the other feedback amplifier 10R to one electrode of the other piezoelectric element 3, connecting each other electrode of the piezoelectric elements 2 and 3 to the compensation signal output terminal 13, and feeds back the synthetic signal of the signal at the other electrode side of the piezoelectric elements 2 and 3 and a compensation signal to the drive device 6. |
