PURPOSE:To simplify a series of operations for the pickup of the specimen of the secretion from a vagina and cervical dust, the dissolution of the specimen after the pickup of the specimen and the dropping of the dissolution liquid by providing a plugs at the head part of a tubular container comprising flexible synthetic resin so that the plug can be attached and removed, and tightly sealing the tip of the bill pipe at the lower part of container with the synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A tubular container 3 comprises elastic polyethylene. A plug 4 is provided at the head part. The tip of a bill pipe 5 at the lower part of the container 3 is tightly sealed with the polyethylene. The tightly sealing point is formed of a weak part 6. A specimen pickup tool 1 is the rod-shaped body. A secretion attaching part 7 is provided at one end, and the other end is connected to the inner surface of the plug 4. After the specimen is picked up into the secretion attaching part 7, the pickup tool 1 is dipped into dissolution liquid 2 in the container 3. At the same time, the head part of the container 3 is tightly plugged with the plug 4 by screwing. When the specimen is dissolved and the measurement is performed, the weak part 6 at the lower part of the container 3 is twisted off, and the bill pipe 5 is opened. When the container 3 is pushed with the hand and the dissolution liquid 2 is dropped into a test tube, the role of a syringe can be performed. |
