PURPOSE:To output an internal control signal in a short time and to increase the operating speed by performing the pulse conversion and the current-voltage conversion of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:Input signals SA1-SAn are inputted to the corresponding pulse signal generating circuits 471-47n, respectively. The signal generating circuits 471-47n output pulse signals SD1-SDn having a prescribed pulse width when the input signals are transited and input them to a current-voltage converter circuit 48. The converter circuit 48 synthesizes the output levels of the input pulses in the current state, converts into voltage and outputs a signal SG as an internal control signal. Consequently, it is not necessary to vary the levels of wirings 491-49n connecting the signal generating circuits 471-47n to the converter circuit 48 and delay due to the wirings 491-49n does not occur. Consequently, the time from the transition of the input signal to the output of the internal control signal is shortened. |
