PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric porcelain composite which can be sintered at a low temperature, has the properties of a high dielectric constant, a low dielectric loss, and a high insulation resistance, and can manufacture a multilayer capacitor with a small size and a large capacity, and the like, at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:In this dielectric porcelain composite, 0.05 to 0.50 pts.wt. of Pb(MnsNb(1-s)) O3 (where 1/6<=S<=4/6) is contained as an auxiliary component, to 100 pts.wt. of the main component in which the values of x, y, and z (x+y+z=1.00) of the formula Pb[(Mg1/3Nb2/3)x(Fe1/2Mb-1/2)y(Zn1/2W1/2)z]O3 are within the scope surrounded by A to D in the three component system composition diagraph. Consequently, a capacitor having a high reliability, and a high capacity in the small size, can be obtained. |
