PURPOSE:To save the labor for maintenance for extracting the deposits such as the toner recovered from the surface of roller members such as an electrifying roller from a device main body. CONSTITUTION:Deposits such as the toner removed from the surfaces of an electrifying roller 2 and transfer roller 3 by roller cleaning blades 6, 17 are directly conveyed to the case 7 of a cleaning unit 8 and a waste toner tank 5 arranged around a photoreceptor 1. The toner removed from the electrifying roller 2 is recovered by the cleaning unit 8 without being dropped on the photoreceptor 1. The recovered toner is extracted from a device main body at the time of the maintenance of the cleaning unit 8, and the labor for maintenance for disposing the waste toner recovered from the electrifying roller 2 and transfer roller 3 can be saved. |
