CONSTITUTION:Conductive paste layers 13 are provided on the surfaces of the conductors of a flat cable 10, and the circuits 22 of the conductive pastes of a glass substrate 21 and the conductive paste layers 13 of the conductors are brought into contact with each other. The contact parts are heated and pressurized so as to connect the conductors and the circuits 22.
