PURPOSE:To enhance operability by enabling easy and sure changing of an environment setting content such as a unit of information displayed by a GPS receiver. CONSTITUTION:A conversion part 22 for converting a data received by a GPS antenna 21 to a position data of a present spot is provided, and a converted position data is transmitted by the conversion part 22 to a control part 23. An environment setting content determined by a display part 2 and a key operation part 3 is stored by each application mode in a storage part 24. When a GPS receiver is used in the application mode different from the application mode used immediately before, the control part 23 calls the environment setting content corresponding to this application mode from the storage part 24 by means of a selection part 25, and displays various kinds of information in accordance with the called environment setting content. |
