PURPOSE:To utilize frequencies effectively and to attain the service to a blind zone by sending/receiving a control channel signal with respect to a mobile equipment resident in the blind zone through a radio equipment. CONSTITUTION:A control channel signal is sent/received between a control station device 7 and a signal repeater 8 with relay control channel radio equipments 73, 82 using a radio frequency fc' different from a radio frequency fc used for the device 7 to send/receive the control signal channel signal for its own service area. Furthermore, a relay speech channel radio equipment 81 sends/receives a relay speech channel signal by using the same radio frequency fs as that for a speech channel radio equipment 71n to/from the device 8. A blind zone speech channel radio equipment 83 sends/receives the speech channel signal by the equipment 81 to a mobile equipment 9 resident in the blind zone by using a frequency fs' different from a frequency fs of the device 81. Furthermore, a blind zone radio equipment 84 sends/receives the control channel signal using a frequency fc' different from the frequency fc' to/from the equipment 82.
