The apparatus comprises a central processing unit of a personal computer for controlling a tuning operation of a TV receiver; an address decoder for generating a clock signal by decoding an address signal from the central processing unit; OR gate for ORing an input/output write strobe signal from the central processing unit and the clock signal; a latch circuit for storing and outputting a TV clock signal, a TV data, a tuning control signal, a TV enable signal, and data of a selecting signal outputted from the central processing unit according to the output signal of the OR gate; a TV tuning part for tuning a broadcasting signal of a corresponding channel according to the TV clock signal, TV data, and the tuning control signal from the latch circuit, and outputting a lock signal, a horizontal synchronous signal, and an AFT signal; a lock signal inputting part for inputting the lock signal to the central processing unit according to an input/output read strobe signal and the clock signal; a first multiplexer for selectively outputting the TV enable signal and a test signal; a second multiplexer for selectively outputting the horizontal synchronous signal and the test signal according to the selecting signal; and a keyboard controller for counting an output signal of the second multiplexer according to the input/output write strobe signal, the input/output read strobe signal, and the output signal of the first multiplexer. |
