The method comprises the steps of initializing the system during the power supply; checking a switch state, battery, alternating/direct current converting adapter, and an outside state, and executing the outside state; repeatedly performing operations after the initial step, if the battery is not charged after checking a charge condition of the battery; if it is charged, charging the battery according to the result of the checking mode, setting a battery full flag when the charged voltage is full and then repeatedly performing the operation after the initialing step.
