PURPOSE:To avoid an accident such as an off-track and a head crash and the service life decline of bearings in a rotary mechanism and a disc apparatus by a method wherein a slip between a spindle and the inner ring of the bearings is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A rotary unit 11 which is put onto a vertical shaft 10 with ball bearings 13 therebetween, a driving source 19 which causes the rotary unit 11 to rotate around the vertical shaft 10 and a slip blocking means 18 which prevent a slip between the contact surface of the shaft 10 and the contact surface of an inner ring 16 which is pre-pressed in the thrust direction of the ball bearings 13 are provided. |
