The neck support pillow (134) is made of firm plastic foam and is shaped to fit (21) the curve of a seat occupant's neck. The back of the pillow rests on the front of the existing headrest and extends downward to the top of the seat back (3). The support pillow (13) is fixed to the headrest by a pair of spring clip brackets (11) and is height adjustable on the headrest pad as well as with the headrest itself.
