<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate inspection of a resistor subjected to positional shift at the time of trimming. CONSTITUTION:Conductors 2a, 2b and resistance measuring terminals 5a 5b are formed on a substrate and a resistor 3 is formed between the conductors 2a, 2b. A protective glass 1 is formed and then it is fired to produce a hybrid integrated circuit device. Subsequently, a current or a voltage is applied between the resistance measuring terminals 5a, 5b and the resistor 3 is subjected to laser trimming while measuring the resistance thus adjusting the resistance of the resistor 3. In this regard, trimming is started from the side where the resistance measuring terminals 5a, 5b are formed and then the resistor 3 is trimmed toward the conductor 2. In other words, the resistor 3 is trimmed in L-shape.</p> |
