The apparatus comprises a microcomputer for processing all operations; a key inputting unit for transmitting an input information inputted by a user to the microcomputer; a disc unit for controlling a part of function of the system under control of the microcomputer; a decoding unit for decoding, if a data signal is inputted from the microcomputer and the disc unit, the data signal through control signals of the disc unit and the microcomputer by selecting a corresponding decoder; a driving unit for driving, if an output signal of the decoding unit is applied, the output signal under control of the signals from the microcomputer and the decoding unit; and a display unit for displaying the operation state of the microcomputer.
