PURPOSE: To guide and refine laser gas of a gas laser discharging chamber to a refining apparatus. CONSTITUTION: In the laser gas reining apparatus of an excimer laser and F laser for removing impurities from the gas by refrigerating by the use of liquid nitrogen, the temperature of removing by refrigerating is regulated by the pressure above liquid level 14 of the nitrogen.
