PURPOSE:To acquire a lead correction device which can accurately correct each lead by making correction possible by a correction amount according to a deformation amount of each lead. CONSTITUTION:A spring back amount of a lead 2 is added to a misregistration amount detected by a misregistration amount detection means 13 and a correction amount of the lead 2 is operated. Furthermore, after an operational stick 14 is brought into contact with a side of the lead 2, the operational stick 14 is moved by the correction amount opposite to a misregistration direction of the lead 2 to an electrode 12 and the lead 2 is deformed. |
