<p>PURPOSE:To provide a touch panel display device which is free from the misinput operations even when the switch areas adjacent to each other are duplicatedly touched due to the parallax. CONSTITUTION:A main control part 29 controls the display of an image display part 35 via a display control part 31, and a touch panel part 37 put on the part 31 is connected to a switch detecting part 39. The part 39 detects a touched switch area. An area deciding part 41 stores the switch element facing the boundary between both switch areas adjacent to each other as a boundary switch element among those switch elements which form the switch areas of the part 37. The part 41 decides one of both switch areas adjacent to each other that has more switch elements other than the touched boundary switch element when these switch areas are duplicatedly touched. The main control part 29 decides the operated image display area by the deciding signal received from the part 41.</p> |
