摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a quality display by storing the correction content of pixels in a storage device incorporated in a liquid crystal display device and performing a correction while computing the information in the device with video signal inputted from an external image pickup device. CONSTITUTION:The optical display content of a liquid crystal display device 110 is picked up by an image pickup unit 101 being in the inside of the image forming device 100 and is converted into digital data by an A/D converter 103 after being amplified by an amplifier 102 and then inputted to a signal processing device 104. In the signal processing device 104, only information of defects or unevennesses of pixels in the liquid crystal display device 110 are detected by eliminating a noise component, etc., included in a video signal and the information are written in a correction memory 115 in the liquid crystal display device 110. After the completion of the writing, an inputted video signal is converted into digital data via a synchronizing separator 118 and after data are computed with the output of the correction memory 115 and corrected in a correction and computation circuit 116, data are inputted to a source driver 113 via a D/A converter 120 and then the optical display of a corrected video is performed.</p>
