PURPOSE:To conform state of the potential of each node of a target sleep circuit group before and after sleeping completely. CONSTITUTION:When the state is changed over from a normal state to the state of sleeping, the change of an input signal to a target sleep circuit group 1 is fixed and the supply of a power supply to the target sleep circuit group 1 is interrupted. When the state is changed over from the state of sleeping to the normal state, the fixing of the input signal to the circuit group to be sleeved is released in conformity with timing, when the potential of the artificial power supply line of the target sleep circuit group 1 is restored to fixed potential, after the supply of the power supply to the circuit group to be sleeved 1 is started. |
