PURPOSE:To provide a disaster preventing monitor which can be operated properly even if commercial power supply is suspended with the power of standby power supply decreasing. CONSTITUTION:In an ordinary condition, open backup switches SW1, SW2 are connected respectively between respective + terminals of standby power supply 60a, 60b, and respective + terminals of standby power supply 60b, 60c. A testing/backup means 63 tests the standby power supply 60a, 60b, 60c, and controls the backup switches SW1, SW2 based on the test results of the standby power supply 60a, 60b, 60c when power suspension and over-voltage detection signals are inputted from a voltage detection circuit 46, so that, if any of standby power supply 60a, 60b, 60c is in an abnormal condition, the testing/backup means carries out backup with any of proper standby power supply 60a, 60b, 60c. |
