PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerator with a deep freezer in which a fan for circulating cold gas to obtain low noise and low vibration is provided, fundamental performance such as cooling power, uniform temperature in a storage chamber, power conservation, an icicle prevention in a deep freezing chamber are excellent and which has an intermediate stage deep freezing chamber structure having excellent convenient operability and large effective inner volume. CONSTITUTION:A cold storage chamber 3 is provided at an upper adjacent chamber of a deep freezing chamber 2. A radial blade type centrifugal fan 12 is employed in the chamber 2. A spiral casing 14 having a plurality of small vortexes 14a, 14b, 14c is disposed on its periphery. A cooler 10 and a fan are provided at upper and lower parts on a back surface of the chamber 2. A main discharge port 15, an auxiliary discharge port 16 and an upper discharge port 17 for the storage chamber are formed between the vortexes, and cold gas in the chamber 2 is fed from the discharge ports toward the chamber 3. Thus, a refrigerator with a deep freezer has suction ports of the fan 12 and the casing 14 directed forward. |
