A refillable packaging for dispensing fluid substances, including an outer housing (1) with a manually operated push button (2) and a hole (3) for a dispensing nozzle (30), the open bottom of said housing being sealed by a removable base (5). The housing contains an replaceable cartridge (4) including an upside-down cup-shaped container (6) with a freely axially movable bottom wall (7) and a hole (15) provided in the top surface and controllably connected with the dispensing nozzle (30) by a dispensing member (16, 32) operated via the push button. The container and the housing have coacting portions (10, 11) for positioning the cartridge in the housing where its position is set by said base (5). |
