The device consists of a receptacle (9) and inner sack (10), product inlet (1), and bellows (2) with extractor (16). It also has a raising and lowering device connected above the bellows, rotating device (11), agitator (4), scales (5) and turntable (6). The bellows are surrounded by an inflated tube (8) which maintains the upper part of the inner sack in a stretched condition. The raising and lowering device, receptacle and bellows move together while the rotating device causes the inner sack to constrict between the connecting chamber and the bellows.
