The two jaws (3,4) of the head (2) can be moved like tongs by two arms (1) and a link (5). The head is tilted on the rotational plane of the two arms. The link is positioned so as to move laterally in relation to the axis of symmetry between the two jaws. The two jaws are pre-tensioned in an open position by a spring (10) on the two arms. The size of the mouth (8) when open corresponds to the width across the corners of the screw head (9) or nut.
