<p>A first, high-pressure adsorber in a so-called 'vacuum' cycle is depressurised by connecting it to the outlet of a second, low-pressure adsorber of the cycle simultaneously with counter-flow pumping for the second adsorber first and then the first adsorber, and repressurisation up to the high cycle pressure is performed using the process gas. Such a method is useful for producing oxygen from air.</p> |
