<p>An improved coaxial cable (14) feed-through end connector (10) of the type having a tubular body (26) having a front end portion (28), a rear end portion (30), a port attachment end (34) associated with the front end portion (28) for connecting the connector (10) to a mating port (12), a sheath (64) disposed about the front end portion (28) and being threadingly engaged with an outer surface (66) of the front end portion (28), and a cable attachment end (30) having an interiorly threaded portion (60) associated with the rear end portion (30) for attaching the end connector (10) to a coaxial cable (14), the improvement comprising grasping and rotating the sheath (64) for attaching the end connector (10) to the coaxial cable (14). The improvement enables using the sheath (64) for more torque when grasping and threading the end connector (10) onto the coaxial cable (14).</p> |
