Decoupling semiconductor integrated circuit for communications system

The integrated circuit (100) includes at least two conductive microstrip lines (105,110) between which, or near to it, is a decoupling arrangement (120). The lines are formed as tracks on the surface of a substrate (115) and the separating gap is bridged by field lines (130,140). The pattern of lines is formed to generate output signals of different phases. The decoupling arrangement limits interference between the electromagnetic fields around the lines.
